IMPORTANT
- All the rates include the 10% hotel tax.
- The amount that you pay for the reservation will cover the cost of the first night’s accommodation plus a modest handling charge. The remainder of the cost of your stay must be paid upon arrival at the hotel.
- All rates include Buffet Breakfast.
- 7% ITBM tax will be added to any extra charges (excluding bedroom charges).
- Preferential hotel rates are available exclusively via Congrex and only to those registered to attend Panama Maritime X.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a credit card to cover the first night’s deposit and handling fee. If you intend to pay your conference registration fee by bank transfer, please remember to add the cost of the hotel, depending on which room option you have selected.

Anti Tobacco Law (24 January 2008): For health reasons, smoking is prohibited inside the bedrooms, conference and exhibition halls, restaurants, pools, gyms and any other public areas within the hotel. Failing to comply with the anti-tobacco law may result in you being charged for cleaning the areas in question.
Changes and Cancellations of Reservations
- Changes to the dates or names on the reservation may be made free of charge by emailing panamamaritimex2011@congrex.com. Changes will not be accepted after February 8, 2011.
- If you wish to cancel your reservation you may do so free of charge until January 15, 2011. After this date, no deposits will be reimbursed (without exception).
Hotel reservations will only be confirmed after the deposit has been received by Congrex.
