STAND DESIGN AND DECORATION

SPACE RESERVATION
You may select your preferred stand space on the Panama Maritime X floor plan. Choose one or more adjacent spaces to suit your needs, then request your space reservation using the attached form. To secure your space you will need to send payment for 50% of the space value.
INSTALLATION
Stand set-up will be on Saturday 11 February from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm and Sunday, 12 February from 8:00 a.m. 4:00 p.m. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the exhibition at any time without having to request approval from the exhibitors.
DISCOUNTS
Members of the Maritime Chamber of Panama and the Panamanian Maritime Law Association are entitled to Membership Discounts for the conference and the exhibition. PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Once you have reserved your exhibition space, you must 50% of the full price immediately, and the remainder before 1 December 2010. This will guarantee your space.
For any reservations requested after 1 December 2010, payment must be for the entire space (or sponsorship). From this date forward, no refunds will apply and reservations will not be guaranteed before payment is received. Any space that has been reserved but not fully paid, will be subject to reassignment to other exhibitors, at the discretion of the organization.
